Darby Pappas began her marketing career in 2013 on the digital marketing team at MMI Agency — now part of Crispin Porter Bogusky, one of the most respected creative agencies in the world. Back then, “digital” wasn’t the norm — it was the future. She was building websites and crafting brand stories, before digital strategies were industry must-haves, and that early edge has defined her approach ever since.

Over the next decade, Darby brought that mindset into fast-paced agency roles and in-house marketing teams — leading strategy, creative, and performance work that helped brands grow with intention.
